Food Forest – Video: After Preparation for Planting.
This is the third video of four depicting the journey of an open field to a food forest. In this video the swales are shown after preparation for planting. Not mentioned in the video is that each swale was pH tested and the soil, which tested acid (5.0-5.5), was treated with lime.
